Our services break into five areas: product development, contract manufacturing, filling, packing and delivery; which can be accessed as a full service, or part of it.
Product Development
We have our own product development and testing lab where we are continually developing new hair, skin, body and personal care products. We are able to provide: Safety Assessment and Challenge Testing, micro testing, stability and compatibility tests, material screening and full traceability.
Contract Manufacturing
We’re able to manufacture your products to existing specifications or create and manufacture new products on your behalf. We invest heavily in plant and equipment; and establishing lean, efficient processes so that we can provide you with a fast, competitively priced service every time. Our manufacturing capabilities include:
• Cold mix – up to 2000 kg
• Hot mix/fill – up to 2000 kg
• Fill capacity - 5ml to 5 litres
• Fill rates - Up to 4000 units per hour based on product type and fill size
Filling
We can fill tubes, bottles, jars and sprays - from 5ml to 5 litres in size. Our equipment includes:
• Single and multi-head semi-automated fillers and cappers
• Tube fill and seal (plastic laminate and aluminium)
• Hot fill capacity
• Front, back, wrap, top & base labelling
• Sachet fillers
• Powder fillers
We have the flexibility of being able to manufacture small, medium and long runs
Packing
We can pack almost anything from hair kits to fragrance, cosmetic and beauty gift sets. We have dedicated packing lines as follows:
• Bulk packing or packing off into shippers and shrink wrapping capabilities
• Carton Erecting
Delivery
We deliver to anywhere in the UK or Europe. Delivery charges vary and will be agreed with you at the point of placing your order
